من مینو همیلی فعال حقوق بشر و یک شهروند کانادایی هستم که نه سال است در اینجا زندگی میکنم. من پس از تحمل چهار سال زندان و شکنجه به خاطرعقاید سیاسی، مجبور به ترک ایران شده ام .
اخیرأ مطلع شدم که مشخصات دوازده نفر ازفعالان و مخالفان سیاسی رژیم ایران که در جامعۀ ایرانی مخصوصأ کرد بسیار شناخته شده هستند در لیست اینترپل قرارگرفته است و ظاهرأ این لیست و اتهامات افراد توسط دادستان سنندج تهیه شده است.من شخصأ تمام این افراد را میشناسم وهمۀ آنها فعالان سیاسی و حقوق بشری بسیار شناخته شده ایی هستند که به خاطر داشتن عقاید سیاسی و بدنبال مبارزه برای ابتدای تری حقوق انسانی در ایران مجبور به ترک آنجا شده اند.
چگونه سازمانی چون اینترپل میتواند به دولت ایران که از نظر نقض حقوق بشر یکی از بد سابقه ترین کشورها دردنیا است و همچنین به دادستان سنندج که به خاطراعدامهای جنجال برانگیز ازجمله اعدام احسان فتاحیان مشهور است، اعتماد کند.؟ این اشخاص به دلیل به خطر افتادان جان و آزادیشان از کشور خود فرار کرده و سالهاست با مشخصات حقیقی در کشورهایی چون سوئد و انگلیس به عنوان شهروند های که مورد احترام هستند زندگی میکنند.در لیست اینترپل نام مقامات دولت ایران و مأموران تروریست آن که به کشتار و سرکوب مردم در داخل و خارج ایران معروفند باید قرار داده شود. ایران در صدر کشورهای حامی تروریست است و از سال ۱۹۸۰ تا کنون مأموران تروریست آن دولت ۲۸۰ تن از مخالفان سیاسی خود را در خارج از کشور ترور کرده اند .
سابقۀ دولت ایران در سرکوب،تجاوز،شکنجه و شلیک کردن به سوی مردم در تظاهرات های مسالمت آمیز در اخبار دنیا هست و نیازی به تکرار آن در اینجا نیست . ارجاع لیستی از افراد سیاسی که هدفشان از فعالیت سیاسی برقراری احترام به حقوق انسانی بوده است، راهیست که دولت ایران بوسیلۀ آن از اینترپل خواسته است این شغل کثیف را برای آنها انجام دهد. اینترپل باید از این موضوع و عواقب آن آگاه باشد و تحت هیچ شرایطی نباید در این دام بیفتد. عمل اینترپل میتواند نمونۀ خطرناکی باشد که زندگی، سابقه و آبروی دیگر فعالان و مخالفان سیاسی را که درکشور های مختلف زندگی میکنند را هم به خطر بیندازد.
کل سیستم قضایی ایران پر از اشتباه و ضعف است و آنها هیچ احترامی برای ابتدایی ترین حقوق انسانی قائل نیستند. دادن هرگونه اعتبار توسط اینترپل و یا هر سازمان بین المللی دیگر نقض آشکار حقوق بشر در ایران است و این عمل اخیراینترپل باید محکوم و متوقف شود.

Re: Request to take urgent action to foil the Islamic Republic of Iran’s conspiracy against its genuine political refugees and human right activists.
I ,Minoo Homily am a political activist, Canadian citizen, and have been living here for 9 years. I had to flee Iran after enduring 4 years of prison terms and torture because of my political beliefs. Recently I became aware of the fact the names of 12 Iranian political activists and dissidents who are well known within Iranian community (especially Iranian Kurdish community) have appeared in Interpol wanted list. These names have been given to Interpol by the Iranian government and apparently the attorney of the city of Sanandaj (main city in Kurdistan, Iran) has declared charges against them. I know all of these people whose name are in this list personally , they are well known political and human right activists and they had to flee their home land because of their political beliefs and fighting for basic human rights in Iran. How could an organization such as Interpol trust Iranian government who has one of the worst human right abuse records in the world , and attorney from Sanandaj who is famous for number of contested executions, and the recent one being execution of Ehsan Fatahian. These people have fled their home and country because of fear for their safety and live under their real names in countries such as Sweden and England as genuine political refugees and well respected citizens of those countries . If any one’s name should be in the Interpol list, it is the Iranian government officials and their terrorist agents whose killing and repression of their own people both inside and abroad is well known to everyone. Iran is the top state sponsored terrorist country and Iranian government with their terrorist agents has carried out over 280 assassinations of dissidents outside Iran since 1980. Their record of suppression, torture, rape, and shooting of peaceful demonstrators in Iran is all over the news and no need to be reminded here. Referring the name of innocent political activist whose sole purpose of their activity is to establish respect for basic universal human rights in their home land is another way for the Iranian government to get the Interpol to their dirty jobs for them. This is a dangerous trap and Interpol should be well aware of its consequences and under no circumstances fall for it. . This could set a dangerous precedent for many dissidents and activists who live in many different countries around the world, endanger their lives and tarnish their reputation. The entire judicial system in Iran has many flaws and has no respect for basic human right, any credibility given to this system by the Interpol or any international organization, is a violation of people of Iran’s human rights and this recent action by the Interpol should be condemned and stopped.
